For example, say that your customer is entering valuable financial information that could cost them a lot of money if stolen by a hacker. It is worth noting that, on GoCloud, no details of the document or any of the information on it are ever transmitted in context. Instead, GoCloud transmits each individual input and output to and from our data centre, meaning that no one except the one security-cleared user can ever see the full document.
When the data is transmitted, it is encrypted to 256-bit level. The same level that government bodies and military organisations use to transmit the most confidential information.
Our UK data centres are manned by professional security personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Backup generators stand ready to provide power in the event of a mains-power blackout, and multiple high capacity data connections means that it is very unlikely that even the most complete blackout could compromise our system.
Additionally, there are plans in place to allow for almost every eventuality. Put simply, we keep data safe and sound, no matter what the situation.
Nearly two-thirds of confirmed data breaches involve weak or stolen passwords. GoCloud prevents such things happening to any of your customers by employing high level two-factor identification to authorised users.

1 Remote Desktop Server Host: the home of each user’s desktop

Reseller Hosted Desktops cannot be obtained in conjunction with any other offer including discounts.
Only Client Hosted Desktops purchased on or after 12 February 2020 are eligible for this offer.
In addition to the free Reseller Hosted Desktops, additional Reseller Hosted Desktops and resources can be purchased.
The Partner must maintain a ratio of at least 5 purchased Client Hosted Desktops to 1 Reseller Hosted Desktop, so for example if you purchase 10 Client Hosted Desktops, you will have 2 additional free Reseller Hosted Desktops. If the client downsizes to 5 desktops, you will either need to relinquish 1 free Reseller Hosted Desktop, or pay for 1 of your 2 Reseller Hosted Desktops.
The Reseller Hosted Desktop is for use by the Partner only and cannot be resold or hired out for use by third parties.
Partners must have a portfolio of at least 10 Client Hosted Desktops within 12 months to maintain the free subscription.
The minimum 5 User environment is not enforced on Reseller Hosted Desktop environments.
