The Investors in People (IIP) is the national standard that clearly demonstrates good practice in business planning development. IIP is about making the work environment a better place by creating better relationships with team members. Communication is very important in every organisation. Having solid communication skills makes the team more productive. The GoCloud team understands that ongoing personal and professional development is crucial. Therefore, we invest time in making our team stronger by learning new skills.
